A viral video clip has generated a vigorous debate on social media about who should be blamed in a lethal road rage incident involving a 50-year-old engineer and a group of teenagers. According to reports, engineer Suthep Pochanasomboon shot Nawapol Peungpai, 17, in tambon Ang Sila of Muang district during a car parking dispute in the seaside area. The youth, who was with friends travelling in two vehicles including a van, was shot in his left chest and later died. Later a video clip, apparently from the engineer's vehicle, was posted showing the incident. The clip shows the engineer's vehicle stopped to seek help from a rescue worker.
